1995 Porsche RWB RAUH-Welt BEGRIFF 911 Carrera Coupe 993 “SUCIA”

Date: August 5, 2022 Category: ,

This 1995 911 Carrera coupe was modified in 2019 with aftermarket bodywork by tuner Akira Nakai of RWB. Additional modifications include a refinish in green, 18″ forged wheels, KW Variant 3 coilovers, revised brakes, and HID headlights in addition to a Fabspeed airbox, a valved titanium exhaust, a two-tone interior, a MOMO steering wheel, and an FDM short shift kit. Power is provided by a 3.6-liter flat-six paired with a six-speed manual transaxle. The car was sold on BaT in May 2016 and subsequently relocated to Canada, where it was acquired by the seller in September 2018. This RWB 993 is now offered with manufacturer’s literature, photos of the modification process, an accident-free Carfax report, and Ontario registration.

Finished from the factory in black, the car was reportedly repainted in Porsche Green (L2D8) following bodywork modification in 2019 by Akira Nakai of RWB that included installing aftermarket bumper covers, rocker extensions, canards, enlarged fender flares, and a GT2-style decklid with a “Champion” wing. Additional modifications include RWB-branded HID projector lenses and carbon-fiber exhaust outlets. The window seals were replaced in 2017. Pictures of blemishes in the paint and on the rear wing are included in the image gallery below.

Staggered-width GTS 18″ forged wheels are mounted with 265/35 front and 335/30 rear Toyo R888 tires and are secured with Kics R40 lug nuts. The braking system has been revised with slotted discs and Stoptech calipers at all four corners. KW Variant 3 coilovers are fitted, and service in 2016 included replacing the front tie rods and installing a steering rack brace.

The interior houses seats reupholstered in black leather with gray cloth inserts as well as yellow seatbelts. Additional equipment includes a sunroof, air conditioning, cruise control, a revised shift knob, and a Nakamichi AM/FM/CD stereo. The A/C evaporator was replaced in 2017, and the seller notes that the sunroof gears have been replaced.

A MOMO steering wheel fronts VDO instrumentation consisting of a central tachometer, a 180-mph speedometer, a clock, and auxiliary gauges for oil pressure, oil temperature, oil level, and fuel level. The six-digit mechanical odometer shows 55k miles, approximately 2k of which have been added under current ownership. The Carfax report indicates a mileage inconsistency in 2019. The airbag warning light is illuminated.

The air-cooled 3.6L flat-six has been fitted with a Fabspeed airbox and a valved titanium exhaust with a catalytic converter.

Power is sent to the rear wheels through a six-speed manual transaxle. An FDM Golden Rod short shift kit has been installed.

Documentation accompanying the car includes photos showing various stages of the modification process as well as an owner’s manual.
